Hybrid tea with violet buds that open in purple red flowers, intense fragrance, combined with very good resistance to diseases. Finds its place in the Parfuma-collection. Is named after the comtesse Diana Bernadotte on the occasion of her birthday.Has received the ADR-label in 2006 as well as numuerous prizes in international rose competitions, like the fragrance award in Paris.
This perfectly beautiful rose is fascinates with the sophisticated and sensual nature of its scent. The floral and fruity aspects of the fragrance resonate in total harmony. The classic notes of rose are enhanced with a touch of lemon and a base note of rose geranium. Litchi gives a bright lively note. Also present are the scents of elder flower, peach and plum. Thee scents rest on a sweet bed of honey and earthy tones.

Gräfin Diana® - meine erste Edelrose von Kordes; bestellt und geliefert in der ersten Märzwoche 2025 im 9 Liter Topf.Nach dem Öffnen der super stabilen Verpackung konnte ich einen ersten Blick auf meine Edelrose erhaschen. Gräfing Diana war nicht meine erste Rosenbestellung. Als ich sie dann ganz ausgepackt hatte war ich echt perplex. ALLES - was ich über diese Rose und ihre Bewertungen gelesen und gesehen habe, verspricht mir jetzt schon ihr Anblick. Alles an dieser Rose strotzt vor Gesundheit und Energie. Die längsten Triebe haben in 6 Wochen fast 20 cm zugelegt. Leider war ein Trieb abgekickt, sonst wäre auch in der Breite mehr Fülle. Das ist aber kein großes Unglück, sie ist ja eine Kordes-Rose! Durch die meisterhafte Schnitt- und Aufbautechnik der Rosen von Kordes-Rosen, durch Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter von Kordes kommen aus dem "Untergrund" schon neue Triebe nach. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn - ich bin seehr zufrieden

Enttäuschend
Auf der Suche nach der 'besonderen' Rose und aufgrund vieler positiver Bewertungen bin ich hier auf den renomierten Rosenzüchter und diese eigentlich sehr schöne Rose gestoßen. Die erste Enttäuschung kam beim Auspacken. Das wurzelnackte 'Stämmchen' machte sowohl vom Wuchs als auch von der Form her einen eher 'mitleidigen' Eindruck. Gemäß der beiliegenden Anleitung habe ich die Rose zuerst gewässert und dann gepflanzt. Nach mehreren Wochen habe ich nun die Hoffnung aufgegeben, dass die Rose angewachsen ist, bzw. überlebt hat. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Rose überzeugt auf ganzer Linie
Gräfin Diana ist eine tolle, empfehlenswerte Rose! Die Blüten sind äußerst formschön (klassische Edelrosenblüte), halten lange und sind hitze- und regenfest. Die Farbe der Knospe ist ganz dunkel und wird heller, wenn die Blüte aufgeht. Zudem treibt sie gut durch und hat eine gesunde Belaubung. Der starke Duft ist das I-Tüpfelchen! Bin absolut zufrieden.

Belle rose rouge. Je sais qu'elle a été primée dans les concours internationaux et que son parfum est très puissant. Hélas, mon nez ne me permet pas de sentir la richesse de son parfum, contrairement aux visiteurs de ma roseraie :-( / Beautiful red rose. I know that she has won prizes in international competitions and that her fragrance is very powerful. Unfortunately, my nose doesn't allow me to smell the wonderful richness of her fragrance, as the visitors of my rose garden do :-(

Blühfreude
Blühfreudige, sehr gesunde rose, höher als gedacht (150 cm oder mehr) aber leider super stachlig!! Blüht bis in den spätherbst.
