Growth Guarantee
Since there is no legal guarantee that a plant will grow, we close this gap with our growth guarantee, with which we will replace your bare-root or Plant-o-fix® rose free of charge (excluding shipping costs) if it does not grow well and you send in your complaint by the following June 30th. If available, you will receive the identical variety as a bare-root respectively Plant-o-fix® plant , which also comes with a growth guarantee. If the variety is no longer in stock, we will offer an equivalent replacement. Roses that are planted in tubs or containers are exempt from this, as unfortunately they often dry out due to incorrect watering.
Depending on the season, refunds are made in autumn/spring.
